iMAAP is in the Cloud, the G-Cloud

Following the successful submission of the application of iMAAP for G Cloud 12, as of the 28th September we have been listed on the Digital Marketplace with our iMAAP software – the most widely used cloud solution for road crash data analysis, evaluation and road safety management system across the world. Designed for police forces, local authorities and highway authorities, iMAAP helps road safety professionals reduce the number and severity of crashes and casualties.

What is G Cloud ?

The UK Government G-Cloud is an initiative targeted at easing procurement by public-sector bodies in departments of the United Kingdom Government of commodity information technology services that use cloud computing.

The G-Cloud consists of:

  • A series of framework agreements with suppliers, from which public sector organisations can buy services without needing to run a full tender or competition procurement process.
  • An online store called “Digital Marketplace” that allows public sector bodies to search for services that are covered by the G-Cloud frameworks.

All services on the Digital Marketplace are reviewed on a yearly basis hence the numbers i.e. G Cloud 12
