Maximum number of links and Nodes in TRANSYT

In TRANSYT 15, TRANSYT 14 and TRANSYT 13 the maximum limits are 1000 links and 200 nodes.

In TRANSYT 12 the maximum limits are 500 links and 100 nodes.
