This is usually caused by the use of Windows XP Themes. There are two solutions:
- Locate the file “Transyt12.exe.manifest” (or equivalent for the other programs) and delete it. If you then follow the standard instructions on how to transfer the licence you will find that the option to transfer is now available. NB: This file is required for the program to display Windows XP Themes.
- Alternatively, use “START/Settings/Control Panel/Display” to change the Theme to “Windows Classic”. Similar to the first option, when you retry accessing the registration screen you will find that the option to transfer is available. Once the new access code has been recorded, the theme can be set back to its original value.
