What if a junction is saturated at the start of the modelled period

TRANSYT 15, 14 and 13: TRANSYT has the option of specifying Initial Queue lengths on entry links. These influence the mean queue and delay calculations reported by TRANSYT. Queues are also passed from time-segment to time-segment when more than one time segment is specified.

TRANSYT 12: TRANSYT ignores any queues and delays before the start of the model. It assumes that flows are constant during the modelled period, and tells you the queues and delays for the modelled period only.
